12 month old child dies after being hit by car while walking outside on the street. The grandmother and child, understood to be an 18-month-old boy, were walking on Marion Street in Auburn when the collision occurred about 9.30am.grandmother has been taken to hospital after they were struck by a car in Sydney's west on Thursday morning.According to witnesses the child ran onto the road in front of the car Was given CPR and rushed to Westmead Hospital with police escort According to the police, toyota sedan travelling in the same direction allegedly struck the boy.
