Anyone aged 16 or above is eligible for enrolment. Except otherwise specified, no formal education qualification is required. In all circumstances, result of application falls under the discretion of the School.
To enrol our Online and Distance Learning courses, students can apply by "Online Enrolment" via our website cuscs.hk/distancelearning or return the completed "Enrolment Form for General / Online and Distance Learning Courses" to our learning centres in person/by post. Tuition fee should be settled with the enrolment form with one of the following methods of payment:
(1) Cheque or Bank Draft (payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong);
(2) EPS (at enrolment centre);
(3) Visa or Master Card.
** Please read the relevant Procedures and Guidelines carefully before submitting the enrolment form.
Online Enrolment will NOT be accepted if students applying for courses in Postal Mode with overseas postal address as extra postage of HK$100 should be paid. Students can apply by paper form only.
Fees paid are not refundable. Transfer of enrolment from one course (or delivery mode) to another can only be made subject to the approval of the School and payment of an administrative charge of HK$100. The application should be made at least a week before the commencing date of the enrolled course.
For some courses, textbook is required. Most textbooks are available in major bookstores and details will be provided in course materials. Students should purchase the textbook(s) on their own after receiving the course materials.
